The place I am thinking about investigating is the Canal in Pittsford. I absolutely love it there. No matter what time of year it is, people are always walking along the water enjoying the scenery and the shops. When I first went to the canal I only walked around for about ten minutes before going to the ice cream shop. Now I go there to read and feed the ducks. It's just a peaceful, happy place. At least for me.
I'm interested in the canal because there are a lot of shops, some old some new and I would like to learn more about them. There is an old barn that is now a restaurant and I'm interested in what the canal was like before everything was put in place.
I can't wait to sit and watch interaction between people. Do they know each other or just meeting randomly on the canal? Do they go to the canal often? The weekends are very busy at the canal. I'm excited to see what I find.
