What is Visual Rhetoric?


To be honest when I signed up for this class I thought a lot of writing was going to be involved. When I found out that we will be having assignments outside of the classroom I was thrilled. After listening in class on Tuesday and reading the first few pages of the book, my understanding of "visual rhetoric" is the concept of trying to figure out why something was placed where it was. Why one specific font was used instead of another or why words were used the way they were. This is an example of something that I think is visual rhetoric...
